Phase contrast and brightfield microscope system. 2.0MP high resolution digital camera shows/captures true color videos and images on computer, supporting PC and Mac. 2 sets of objectives: 4 DIN achromatic objectives for brightfield and 4 achromatic phase contrast objectives.

4 phase contrast condenser and one brightfield Abbe condenser on one disk, fast and easy to switch, no condenser change needed. 6V/20W halogen transmitted light and l arge double layer mechanical stage. The phase contrast microscope includes phase contrast & brightfield microscope system and 2.0MP USB digital imaging system. The 1600X1200 pixels USB digital imaging system that captures still microscope images and live video on computer.

The included software compatible with Windows can be used to make measurements, You can view and capture the images on iMac or Macbook with Mac OS too. The compound microscope offers four levels of brightfield magnification from 40X to 1000X. The phase contrast kit comes with a phase contrast condenser, a centering telescopic eyepiece, four achromatic phase contrast objectives: PH10X, PH20X, PH40X (spring), PH100X(spring, oil).

It also offers four levels of magnification power: 100X-200X-400X-1000X. This phase contrast microscopy is good for advanced applications in clinical offices and research purpose. Total magnification for brightfield: 40X-100X-400X-1000X. Total magnification for phase contrast: 100X-200X-400X-1000X.

Brightfield objectives: achromatic DIN 4X, 10X, 40X (S), 100X (S, Oil). Phase contrast objectives (in phase contrast kit): achromatic PH10X, PH20X, PH40X (S), PH100X (S, Oil).

Viewing head: 45°Inclined 360°swiveling binocular. Interpupillary distance : s liding adjustable 2-3/16" 2-15/16" (5575mm). Diopter: adjustable on both eyepiece tubes. Stage: mechanical stain-resistant double layer size 5-1/2" x 5-1/2" (140mm x 140mm), translation range: 3" x 2" (75mm x 50mm). Focus: coaxial coarse and fine focus knobs on both sides, rack & pinion adjustment, with tension control.

Focusing knob can be locked for observation & transportation. Condenser & diaphragm: NA1.25 Abbe condenser with iris diaphragm & filter holder, rack & pinion adjustment. Phase contrast condenser disk with five switchable positions: one bright field NA1.25 w/ iris diaphragm Abbe condenser and four phase contrast filters, 10X, 20X, 40X, 100X, each can be centered individually. Black palm rest on the base. Illumination: transmitted (lower), 6V 20W halogen light, variable intensity.
